2. Reservations

Reservation requests sent through the website constitute an availability request and not a booking confirmation. The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation from the hotel.

3. Rates and Payment

• Rates listed on the website are per room per night, unless otherwise noted
• Rates may vary based on availability and period
• Payment is made according to the terms communicated upon confirmation

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. In general: free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. In case of a no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 pm
• Check-out: by 10:00 am

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure or for valuables not deposited in the room safe.
