We’ve got you covered! At Glocal, you’ll find Eli’s legendary tarts, protein pancakes made with egg whites and oats, vegan cookies, and gluten-free coconut biscuits. There’s something delicious for everyone!
Served from 8 a.m. and until 10:30 a.m., however if it happens that you have to wake up super early, or you had a late night the night before and feel like sleeping in, count on us!
EVERY MORNING WE LIKE TO WISH YOU GOOD MORNING WITH A TASTEFULL AND CREAMY COFFEE, MADE BY OUR 1968 "PRESIDENT-FAEMA" MACHINE THAT STILL CONTINUES TO DELIVER PERFECTLY MAGNIFICENT ESPRESSO.



TAILOR MADE
We cook eggs exactly the way you want them, likewise we prepare cakes and muffins daily, some even vegan and gluten-free.
The bread arrives fresh every morning carefully made by Ledro's "Taste and Flavors" workshop.
Then when farmer Giovanni comes by, he brings strawberries, cherries, kiwis and berries according to the season. The km0 is important for an energetic and sustainable breakfast.
Taste of the Region
You will also find bulk jams, hazelnut cream and organic honey. In sliced meats, there will be no shortage of the renowned Trentino speck, tasty Tremosine cheese and fresh fruit ready to eat or mix with yogurt made in Trentino-Alto Adige.

In the rest of the world they call them Crèpes, for us they have always been Fortaie, when mom used to make them for dinner or as a rich breakfast. The recipe is that of our grandmothers, absolutely no sugar.
